Md Razibul Alam
Project Manager
Md Razibul Alam is a Project Manager with over 20 years of professional experience in engineering and construction project delivery. He holds a Master of Engineering in Project Management from Auckland University of Technology (AUT).
He has hands-on experience delivering engineering and industrial projects in New Zealand, including work with New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) in collaboration with the Downer NZ team. Currently working with Dialog Fitzroy Ltd, he manages mechanical projects involving coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Md Razibul Alam has strong experience liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal workshop teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. He is known for his proactive attitude, reliability, and commitment to continuous professional development. His application for Chartered Membership with Engineering New Zealand is currently under assessment.
Mohammed Shah Alam
Project & Operations Manager
Mohammed Shah Alam is a highly experienced Project & Operations Manager with over 22 years of experience across shipbuilding, offshore construction, oil & gas, EPC projects, and power generation industries.
He holds a Master of Project Management from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) and is a PMP®-certified professional.
His expertise spans asset management, bid and tender management, procurement, and full project lifecycle delivery. He has worked across multiple technical disciplines including structural, piping, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation, HVAC, and commissioning.
Mohammed Shah Alam brings extensive experience in QA/QC, safety management, logistics, supply chain coordination, and stakeholder engagement. He has a strong track record of leading teams, managing complex operations, and delivering projects in demanding environments.
Rakibul Ahsan Mohin
Mechanical & Process Engineer
Rakibul Ahsan Mohin is a Mechanical & Process Engineer with over 15 years of experience in industrial, power, and process engineering sectors.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Project Management from Auckland University of Technology (AUT).
He has worked as a Project Engineer, Lead Operations Engineer, and Maintenance & Commissioning Engineer across a range of projects including water treatment plants, power plants, process plants, and waste treatment systems.
His technical expertise includes design, construction, and execution of systems such as biogas plants, electro-chlorination systems, odour control systems, and industrial process facilities. He is recognised for delivering practical engineering solutions and supporting efficient plant operations.
