Md Razibul Alam
Project Manager
Md Razibul Alam is a Project Manager with a Master of Engineering in Project Management from Auckland University of Technology. He has hands-on experience delivering engineering and industrial projects in New Zealand, including work with New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) in collaboration with the Downer NZ team.
Currently working with Dialog Fitzroy Ltd, he is responsible for managing mechanical projects, including coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication. He has strong experience liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal workshop teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
He brings a proactive “can-do” attitude, reliability, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. He is also focused on mentoring team members and further developing his professional capabilities. His application for Chartered Membership with Engineering New Zealand is currently under assessment.
Mohammed Shah Alam
Project & Operations Specialist
Mohammed Shah Alam is a PMP®-certified professional with extensive experience in project and operations management across a wide range of industries, including shipbuilding, offshore construction, oil & gas, EPC projects, and power generation.
His expertise spans asset management, bid and tender management, procurement, planning, and full project lifecycle delivery. He has worked across multiple technical disciplines including structural, piping, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation, HVAC, marine systems, and commissioning.
He is highly experienced in quality assurance and control (QA/QC), safety management, inspection, logistics, supply chain coordination, and preventive maintenance. He regularly liaises with clients, classification surveyors, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Mohammed brings strong leadership, client management, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage teams effectively and deliver complex projects in demanding environments.
Rakibul Ahsan Mohin
Mechanical & Process Engineer
Rakibul Ahsan Mohin is a highly skilled engineering professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has extensive experience across water treatment plants, power generation, process plants, and waste treatment systems.
He has worked as a Project Engineer, Lead Operations Engineer, and Maintenance & Commissioning Engineer, contributing to the design, construction, and execution of complex industrial systems.
His technical expertise includes process plant engineering, power distribution, biogas systems, electro-chlorination systems, odour control systems, and industrial plant operations. He has a strong track record of delivering efficient and reliable engineering solutions across diverse project environments.
